With the creation of Agile Manifesto in 2001, it brought the era of Agile Software development and we saw the growth of multiple frameworks and techniques around agile.
This was the era when Organizations across the globe started adapting and implementing agile, and professionals wanted to upgrade themselves as per the changing market.

We conduct physical classroom training in various locations across India training in the disciplines of Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, ICAgile-Agile Coaching, ATF, Kanban System Management, etc.
A client recently asked us if we can conduct Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) training in Jakarta.
While with the online and virtual mode of training we had a global reach, it was the physical presence which was lacking. This brought to us the perfect opportunity to train professional outside India as well.
We couldn’t ignore this offer and opportunity with Indonesia being an old associate with iZenbridge. We did conduct a Project Management Training & Agile Project Management Workshop in Jakarta earlier.
In collaboration with our local training partner – “Agile Academy Indonesia”, we hosted our first “ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Coaching” in Jakarta on August 27-28, 2019. The trainer was Sanjay Kumar who is an Agile Coach, with over 18 years of IT experience.
The participants were in the range of 8-15 years of overall experience and 3+ years of agile experience. The participants were certified in base level certification i.e. Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification and were working as scrum master and similar roles in their respective organizations.
The attendees had a good experience and solid background, some of them were also working as agile coaches but the awareness of structured coaching was missing. The participants were pro-active and were ready for the next level of learning.
An agile coach guides, help and enlighten organizations on implementing agile methodologies. They are a change agent who essentially helps teams to assess impediments, rethink and apply agile techniques. By doing so, they tend to bring a shift in the mindset of the teams and overall culture in an organization.
This helps to maximize performance with the same amount of effort. It’s about empowering people to learn to solve their own problems rather than teaching them or solving problems for them.
The success of our Agile Coaching training in Jakarta allowed us to conduct more such training globally. It paved us the path to training more professionals across the globe.
