You must attend SAFe POPM live virtual training and clear the SAFe® 5 Product Owner / Product Manager Exam to get certified. Once you pass the exam, you will be declared certified.

Passing the SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) exam will not be difficult if you obtain the appropriate training. Our intense coaching and exam preparation activities aim to assist you in passing the exam on the first attempt.
Even if you fail, you cannot apply for re-evaluation for the exam. However, the SAFe POPM exam retake option is always available for all the participants.
Yes, if you take the exam within 30 days after finishing the course, the first exam attempt will be included in the course registration fee. The SAFe POPM certification retakes attempt cost is $50. Therefore, you can go for the first retake immediately after the first attempt. Then, for the second retake, the waiting period is 10 days. However, the subsequent retake’s waiting period is one month.
If you have already passed the examination but had a poor score, you are not permitted to retake it. Also, please note that only you will be able to see your test score; no one else will be able to see it.
If you’re willing to pay for the exam, there are no restrictions on how many times you can take it. However, please note that each retake attempt will cost $50.
The SAFe® POPM exam certification fee is not charged separately. The exam fee is included in the course fee when you enroll in iZenBridge’s SAFe® POPM certification course.
